Primary Design was founded by Jie Su, a Chinese native who came to Belgium in 2002 to study at the art academy St-Lucas in Ghent. For 18 years Jie lived full-time in Belgium and got to know our European aesthetic sensibilities. Throughout his career Jie has worked with many local developers to turn their vision into reality.

In 2019 Jie began serving the Irish Real Estate market. As those Irish projects became larger and more frequent, Primary Design was established. Most of the work we currently do is for the Irish institutional property market.

Primary Design has its offices in Dalian, China. Jie's years of European expertise creates the experience of working with a local partner who understands all your sensitivities. Just look at the dozens of local partners already working with us.

Our expertise lies in working mainly with architects and real estate developers to turn proposals into visually stunning representations. We create visual communication through media such as Computer Generated Images, Videos, Visual Impact Assessments and Virtual Reality.
